Arjun college of technology and Science – An Autonomous Institution! , was started in 2007 and is Sponsored by Brilliant Bells Educational Society. Thus it has delivered successfully over a decade in the cause of learning excellence. Choosing the right place for the learning to happen has been its historical advantage.

With a view to strengthen the teaching-learning process and its quality, college has introduced staff development programs. The faculty members are encouraged to attend participated in seminars, conferences and short term courses. The college also encourages faculty to pursue their higher education while doing service by providing assistance in the form of academic leaves reduction in their class work etc.,

Special classes for all B.tech, MBA, Polytechnic and M.tech students on communication skills, soft skills and body language.

Encouraging the students to do their mini and major projects in-house and supported by faculty such that the student gets a chance to give a shape to their innovative ideas.

Special/ Guest lectures on weekends.

Special classes on career guidance along with weekly seminars

Awareness Programmes for job readiness.

Entrepreneur Development Cell (EDC), established with the support of JNTUH, to develop the entrepreneur skills of students for their setting up small and medium enterprises.

Extracurricular activities are organized by the clubs – such as dance club, debate club, music club, dramatic club, health club and photography club.

The National service scheme (NSS) operates through a unit which conducts outdoor camps and reaches out to the people in rural areas. Some of the activities are teaching computers, conducting blood donation camps, planting saplings and organizing animal husbandry camps.

An International two day workshop on ROBOTICS was conducted in collaboration with IIT Bombay inviting several Engineering Colleges in the city and B.tech third year mechanical student of this college won the award.

The institute possesses a spacious library and information cente..

It is divided in to different sections for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA & polytechnic courses. And also divided into Reading Section, Reference Section and Digital Library.

The library is furnished with nearly 6,000 titles and more than 30,000 volumes.

The library includes a Digital Library which stores many E-learning materials for both students and faculty. Both video and web courses of National Programmed on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) can be accessed using the computers connected in LAN, and to internet with a very high speed of 10mbps bandwidth.

The college also provides book bank system for all the students. Book bank system is one through which students gets a set of books before the commencement of their semester.

The library functions from 9 am to 6 pm on all working days.
